Dimitris Dimitriadis is a Greek chef renowned for his creativity. His career accomplishments come as no suprise, as he is passionate and dedicated to his craft. He has worked alongside many distinguished chef, fast tracking his career and recognition in Greece. Working with many prestigious restaurants as head chef both in Greece and abroad.

KONSTANTINOS SAKELLARIOU
Konstantinos began his career in London. Working in several michelin starred restaurants, 5 star hotels and private members clubs. He then spent a few years in Suffolk working in the most prestigious restaurants in the county. Finally he has joined Kuzina restaurant in Edinburgh to be able to bring his enthusiasm, creativity and attention to detail and to present to you greek food with a modern twist!
